    Cost: Free

    Consultation and ongoing communication with bride. Review of song lists. Live virtual meetings to discuss and play through song ideas.

    Additional Fees:
    $50 for attending wedding rehearsal
    $50 for any additional rehearsals with other musicians

  • the ceremony.

    Cost: $300

    Piano music for 20 minutes before, processional, unity ceremony, recessional.

    Additional Fees:
    $.655/mile - travel outside Twin Cities metro
    $50 - supplying keyboard and amp

  • the celebration.

    Cost: $125/hour (add-on service)

    Let the party continue with music during the cocktail hour.

    Additional Fees:
    $50 - if necessary to move keyboard/amp to another venue

    Cost: $150/hr (2-hour minimum)

    Make your holiday, birthday, or any party special with themed piano music. Cost includes supplying keyboard and amp and any travel within the Twin Cities metro.

  • corporate events.

    Cost: $200/hr (2-hour minimum)

    Whether your corporate event needs subtle background music, a special performance, or a fun break with an hour of requests, Heidi Keys will create a memorable moment.

  • fundraisers.

    Cost: $100/hour (2-hour minimum)

    Heidi will create special moments for your fundraising gala or donor reception. Nonprofits also receive the lowest hourly rate in gratitude for the impact you make in our communities!

She happily accepted this request; from the first night in the hospital, the lullaby was one of the only things that would calm him down. We listen to it every night and put it on when he’s having a hard time settling. Heidi’s work is incredible - I don’t know how she did it, but the lullaby just “sounds” like our son. Max’s lullaby is a precious gift we will treasure forever!
